Italian Asparagus Shrimp Pasta

The process for pasta making is very simple and extremely enjoyable! We only need a few ingredients. We won’t use any other tools besides a Le Thermique, so we’ll be do it according to the original granmother’s recipe. We’ll cut the pasta in slices and we will let them dry for a while.  Topped with fresh mint, this pasta dish is perfect for any night of the week!
